NGHTMRE Surprises Listeners With “BANG” Alongside Lil Jon and the Shaquille O’Neal

Who is ready for the most ridiculous yet surprisingly good collaboration we have seen in a long time? Today we are visiting a melting pot of genres and industries with “BANG”, a surprising new banger from NGHTMRE and his Gud Vibrations label. This time around, NGHTMRE drafted the likes of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal (DJ Diesel) and Lil John to add their own tweaks to the track. NGHTMRE has been rather forceful and busy in 2018, with this easily flowing into 2019. On top of everything, NGHTMRE has been incredibly busy on tour, hitting every major festival as well as a residency at Hakkasan in Las Vegas. 2018 was a monumental year for NGHTMRE, so we can only dream of what the rest 2019 will hold.

I met Shaq for the first time in Las Vegas. He came to one of my sets, and we immediately got along and shared our love for bass music. I’ve always played tons of Lil Jon music in my live shows, and now I get to play our own collaboration! Being able to work on music with Lil Jon and Shaq was literally a dream come true for me.”  – NGHTMRE

To our absolute surprise, “BANG” is actually Shaq’s first production in over twenty years. Shaq was able to blow everyone out of the water with his “Shaq Diesel” album released all the way back in 1993. That album actually ended up reaching over 1 million copies sold, certifying the NBA all-star platinum. Nowadays, Shaq tours around festivals as DJ Diesel, putting on highly memorable performances. While Shaq adds plenty of style and flair to the tracks, we can’t leave out Lil Jon and his highly recognizable voice. Having his voice be represented through the ages in hits like “Get Low”, “Yeah!”, and “Turn Down For What”, just letting Lil Jon contribute his melody is what made the track perfect. You definitely don’t want to miss this one, as “BANG” will appeal to you on any end of the spectrum.

When it comes to dance music, NGHTMRE is my Larry Bird. We spent a ton of time in the studio making ‘BANG‘ and I called up my favorite rapper in the game to lay a verse down – Lil Jon” – Shaquille O’Neal

Up N Away – Italobrothers

The general musical style of ItaloBrothers (except My Life Is a Party and This Is Nightlife) is comparable with dance bands or artists, mostly from Italy, like Bloom 06, Prezioso, Floorfilla, Gigi D’Agostino, Gabry Ponte, Basshunter or some releases of DJ Manian and has influences of Italodance,Hands Up and Jumpstyle. They were also compared to Scooter.

In contrast to this, the music style of their singles Cryin’ In The RainMy Life Is a Party and This Is Nightlife is mostly influenced by commercial European dance music like House and Electro. This style can be compared to artists like R.I.O., 2010s releases of Manian and Cascada, and Mike Candys. We can only look forward to what kind of style Up N Away will be!
