It’s That Time Of Year, Snails Releases Annual “Snailed It!” Mix Vol. 6

Even though we thought that as the year ended, a certain producer would slow down in order to hit 2019 hard. We were wrong. Kicking off this time we are checking out “SNAILEDIT! Mix Vol. 6” by the ever-enthusiastic Snails over on Slugz Music. Snails is clearly a performer that has no limits, as he has been able to garner support from powerhouses such as Diplo and Skrillex for his continuously developing “vomit-step” style. While Snails has been busy trying to find a home for his style, even jumping over to Dim Mak and Monstercat, Snails was quietly launching Slugz with a bang. Why struggle while looking for a home and not create one yourself.

The latest in his annual mix series, Snails aims to blow everyone away with a massive track list that will easily trump his previous volumes. “SNAILEDIT!” Mix Vol. 6 contains a total of 35 tracks, with 17 completely unreleased from the vomitstep master and his crew. Each track is entirely bass-centric (we couldn’t expect anything else) and hits your hard and fast over the entire 35 minutes. Who else collaborated on the mix, besides Snails? Well, you’ll have to figure it out, as Snails is hiding the identity of all of the fellow collaborators. We can only guess that there is a solid mix of rising stars and powerhouses, as previous mixes have included stars such as Dillon Francis and Skrillex.

Make sure you go and check out the entire mix over on Soundcloud!

Everything Fans Wanted, Snails Releases 7-Track “Slimeageddon” EP

At least we didn’t have to wait forever like we did for his last release. This time around we are checking out the brand new Slimeageddon EP, the latest EP from MiR seasoned visitor Snails over on his personal label Slugz Music.

If we can definitely say one thing about Snails, he sure is hell good at teasing his “Vomitsquad” for plenty of new releases. While we have already heard almost half of the EP (since “Redline”, “Snailephant”, and “Magnets” have already been released), we were still plenty surprised to be thrown directly into the madness right on the intro track “RAVN”. Slimeageddon allows Snails the creative freedom to stretch his music muscles and draw from plenty of different sources of music, such as drawing from the modern metal scene in “Crank Bass”. Whether you are won over by the driving percussion, the completely acidic drop, or Snails stabbing you quietly with his synths…Snails will win you over somehow and you will join us in the “Vomitsquad”.

Make sure you check out the new Slimeaggedon EP on Spotify!

We Need to be Complacent, Snails & Adventure Club Release “Follow Me” Ft. Sara Diamon

We are starting even earlier this week. If you want more content than just three days a week, leave a comment down below! While we take a break from our daily working struggles for a hot minute, we have “Follow Me”. the latest collaboration between Snails and Adventure Club over on Snails’ Slugz Music label.

Just when we thought that Snails would take a back seat just for a mere moment, he hit the gas as hard as he could. “Follow Me” is the second single from his upcoming Slimeaggedon EP, which gives listeners a sweet taste of melody and heavy bass music. The track features the crystalline vocal work of Sara Diamond, who maintains the melody against the producers’ ever-intensifying bass lines. As soon as you step out of that safe zone, Snails & Adventure Club will slam your head first against the nearest wall with their signature gut-wrenching beat. We have no doubt that “Follow Me” will be an absolute force with audiences in our headphones and on the dancefloor.

If you still want to check out Snails in the flesh, you can catch the rest of The Shell 2.0 tour here:

12/08 – St Paul, MN – The Myth
12/14 – Dallas, TX – South Side Ballroom
12/15 – San Marcos, TX – The Marc
