NEW FROM PHYSICAL PRESENTS: Bobby Love – “Stay” Ft. Ben Stevenson

Sometimes we get lost in our own club scene that we forget that new talent comes from other scenes as well.  Fresh out of the scene in Toronto we have the upcoming house artist Bobby Love and the latest from his backlog. Bobby Love has been quickly developing himself a rather rapid fan base, mainly praising his unique productions style and highly energetic live performances. He has even managed to catch some awesome buzz on the global circuit, with Armin Van Buuren’s label Armada Deep releasing his last single.  Bobby is only on the fast track to success and we hope we can see him along for the ride.

Alright, before we dive any further I want you to sit “Still” for a moment. Yes I know, that was lame, deal with it.  The latest release from this aspiring fresh talent, “Still” is yet another interesting track to come out of the experimental side of electronic music. Possibly created due to lack of sleep, Bobby Love figured he would dabble in a world where most artists/producers don’t dare to go…into the world of R&B. Not only is “Still” something new to add to the catalog of Bobby Love, but it’s sensual and groovy. Your ears and your body will pick up the groove almost immediately, we guarantee it.

Be sure you give “Still” a full listen below:

Nicky Romero’s Protocol Launches Five Year Anniversary Celebration

Hello everyone! I know we don’t normally post on Thursdays, but we have some special news just for you! Anyone who has read along with us for a while now knows that we highly support Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings. They put out releases quite often and we try to support in the best way we can. But today is the day, five years ago, that Romero decided to create Protocol. In its mere five-year run (so far) Protocol has become a leader in the progressive house movement with creating amazing experiences at Miami Music and the Amsterdam Dance Event. So when is the best time to announce this celebration? Why during the 250th episode of Protocol Radio.

We all have grown to learn that Protocol sure knows how to throw a party, and they don’t hold back. While the initial launch premieres during Protocol Radio, Protocol is following up with a slew of new releases and events. Protocol Radio will feature some of the greatest hits that Protocol has released and will be following up with a “Best of Protocol” over the last five years on May 29th. This mix will be over five hours long, as there is plenty of hits to wade through in Protocol’s catalog of success. This is only the first to come from this celebration, as we will continue to provide coverage until their culmination at the Amsterdam Dance Event this year.

Make sure you keep yourself updated with Protocol’s socials!

NEW FROM ARMADA: “Got No Love” – Sagan & Plastik Funk

We at MiR absolutely love it when we are able to provide extra coverage for artists as they grow throughout their careers. This week we have “Got No Love”, the latest from Plastik Funk and Sagan. We actually covered Plastik Funk’s House of Bliss release back in February, so it’s nice to see them grow as artists. With continued success from his most recent release, including “Sunrise (Club Mix)”, this German duo is on the quick path to fortune and respect in this crazy world.

Now moving on down to the track itself, “Got No Love” is yet another track to add to the bliss house style that Plastik Funk has developed. With a mission to create plenty of tracks with that signature feel-good vibe, the German duo keeps pumping out hit after hit. It’s bouncy, funky, and filled with expertly crafted piano riffs to compliment this groovy beat. With the festival season already officially kicked off, fans better be smiling, grooving, and singing along. If not, what is wrong with you?

Be sure you give “Got No Love” a full listen here:
