Eptic Drops the Brand New Powerful “Flesh & Blood” EP!

When you have this amount of “Power” in your arsenal, it could definitely be the time to use it, (Yes, we are also retiring these word games). Taking a moment to stop off over at Monstercat, we finally are checking out Eptic’s newest release his Flesh & Blood EP. Making is initial debut back in 2014 with his Like a Boss EP, Eptic made it known that he was here to stay after aforementioned EP topped Beatport’s dubstep charts for seven consecutive weeks. Since then, Eptic has released multiple successful originals and mixes adjoined with the Never Say Die and Spinnin’ rosters such as the heavy “Southside” with DJ Snake. While Eptic just debuted on Monstercat in early August with “Let It Go”, a collab with Dillon Francis, he may have found his next semi-permanent home.

“I’m excited and proud to present this new ep to you all. The whole thing has been in the works for almost a year, and it’s the most blood, sweat, and tears I’ve ever put into the musical and visual aspect of a project. I’ve field-tested all of these songs out during my shows and made so many adjustments over time to make sure everything bangs in a live setting. There are a whole lot more new music and unexpected collaborations coming, paired with a brand new merch line as well. Alright everyone, move out of the way and give room for this modern bass maestro. This brand new EP is definitely one to showcase Eptic’s range and skills with audible aesthetics, easily creating a fragmented yet intriguing soundscape for these tracks to exist in. While we already heard both “Power” and “Let It Go” through previous promotional teases, they are low in comparison to our favorite track on the EP “Violence”. Eptic uses distorted sound bytes from a news anchor report to create this initial illusion, only to be thrown into pure chaos with Eptic’s mechanical effects combined with futuristic laser sounds. “Violence” is the right amount of chaos we need in our music, and Eptic willingly satisfies that urge. Prepare to be Deceived, Party Favor & Nonsens Trio Drop the Electro Trap “Gasoline”

When rather distinct styles like electro and trap clash in the studio, dancefloors will be set aflame. Heading on over to Area 25 we have “Gasoline”, the lastest from producers Party Favor and Nonsens. When you have the chance to work with someone like Party Favor, that is definitely not an opportunity that you turn down. With an impressive resume as a genre-bending artist and producer, Party Favor has seen plenty of glory with his multitude of original tracks such as “MDR” and “Give It To Me Twice”. Party Favor has even accomplished quite a bit as a producer for major artists like Lil Jon and ASAP Ferg, with all of his work earning him an impressive 135 million streams on Spotify.

Party Favor’s latest track, “Gasoline”, is not as innocent as it the intro makes it out to be. Party Favor’s recent hot streak with the likes of “Wasabi” and “Wait A Minute“, we know not to take one of his tracks on first listen. “Gasoline” appears to be a slow burn, keeping you complacent with a groovy instrumental beat and modified vocals to present the idea of an electro “Gasoline”. This doesn’t last long, however, as Party Favor knows exactly which knobs to twist to fit his production style. “Gasoline” quickly dissolves into a trap filled with a progressively harder drop and a bassline that evolves into a hard-hitting movement designed for you to lose your mind. While “Gasoline” may be a bit of a slow burn, it is a mere disguise to fool you.

Upcoming Dutch Producers Timmo Hendriks & Lindequist Drop High Energy Single “Magical”

If we follow the Protocol, sometimes a few gems are uncovered from the dust. On our weekly visit to Protocol we are checking out “Magical”, the brand new track from Timmo Hendriks & Lindequist. Protocol is already known for having a wide range of music under their belt, with Timmo & Lindequist being a few of the latest additions. Debuting on the label in 2016, Timmo & Lindequist collaborated on “Ziema” their best selling song to date These Dutch producers may just be up and comers, but they are making serious waves with their high energy production. These two will continue to support the main roster and you should keep them on your radar.

If there is any genre of music that Protocol has the most experience in, it is in the world of progressive house. You know that the label has the genre down to a T when even their newcomers can pump out progressive house jams. Hendriks & Lindequist put all of their combined energy into “Magical”, which as a result is designed to match the energy of radio and festival play. The track is a cinematic big room sounding joy, utilizing its uplifting melodies to explode into an array of bounce and progressive beats that remind us of the classic progressive gems of our youth. We can’t wait for the net Timmo Hendriks & Lindequist production, as we hope that it will be just as classic.
