It Is Time We Unite! “Stay” by Dirty Audio and Delta Heavy

Alright Dirty Audio, seems like this time you brought a few friends along. In the middle of this week, we have the latest from Dirty Audio, a regular here on MiR. This time he works his magic over on Monstercat with fellow producers/vocalists Delta Heavy and Holly. The track is just the latest in Dirty Audio’s impressive list including: “Alien Cookies”,  “Used to Have It All”. “Ocho Cinco”, and “Roller Coaster”. While he has been busy with new tracks, Dirty also released a new sample pack via Splice. Plenty of sample work for your own tracks in the making. Sounds like being too busy right? Well on top of that Dirty even toured in Australia.

Now that Monstercat stepped in at the right time, we have to check and see if “Stay” is actually solid. If we had to describe the track in one word, we’d say it is spell-binding. The clash of both Dirty Audio;s and Delta Heavy’s styles create almost a surreal track that is elevated even more by Holly’s solid vocal work. Are you ready for a high octane roller coaster? That is what you get when you play “Stay”…an experience. Just another dance floor monster to add to both of their catalogs.

Make sure you give “Stay” a full listen below:

Monstercat: Notaker Releases Lead Single from New Genesis EP “Who I Am” Ft. Karra

Oh, thankfully you came back Notaker, we were worried. On this humble Tuesday we have brought you the latest from Notaker, one of our favorite producers to cover here at MiR. This time he brings us “Who I Am”, a traditional Notaker track but with a progressive trance vibe. Notaker has been rather busy and is quickly being noticed, as this track is being released with Armada Captivating. Fantastic record label, but it just keeps being better. Notaker’s style, reminiscence of superstars such as Deadmau5 and Hans Zimmer, will be nailed his next release over on mau5trap. 2017 sure has been Notaker’s year and it won’t be calming down anytime soon. Keep it up Notaker…we will be waiting.

Notaker, you can weave in and out of styles better than most, and we applaud you for that skill. Creating a progressive trance feel, “Who I Am” is the result of a major collaboration, notching another win in Notaker’s belt. Notaker enlisted the help of fellow producer Declan James, who brought just a few of his cinematic synths with him. The duo also grabbed the attention/skills of vocalist Karra, who adds plenty of emotion to the track with her vocal work. “Who I Am” is the lead single off of Notaker’s upcoming EP Genesis, out on October 24th. The rest of the EP better be just as good as this single Notaker…take it as a challenge.

Be sure to give “Who I Am” a full listen here:

The Moment is Here. Neon Tiger’s Debut Album “Paperback Sunset”

Alright Neon Tiger, your moment is here. After his first two singles “Neon Rose” and “Summer“, Neon Tiger is back on MiR with the release of his first album Paperback Sunset. While you may not recognize the name just yet, the man behind the pseudonym is also known as Maarcos and was a member of Those Usual Suspects. Neon Tiger was created so that he could experiment a bit more with his style and songwriting. Not only is Neon Tiger a bit of new age, but even revives classic sounds with modern technology.

Now comes the important question…how is Paperback Sunset? Well friends, the album is a delicious fusion of vintage and modern sounds that only Neon Tiger could accomplish. While our personal favorites are still “Neon Rose” and “Summer”, they only top an album with other standout tracks. There is the chill and bass heavy track “Painting the Sidewalks” that was a result from Neon Tiger and Monstercat’s Colordrive collaborating. Don’t forget the ethereal and quite emotive “Departure”, which included additional elements from vocalist Sunsun and Grammy-winning writer Damon Sharpe. There are plenty of pluses hidden in this track, just be sure to listen to it for yourself to find them all.

Make sure you listen to Paperback Sunset below:
